Domaine de Peyrevent
Provenant de terroir Corbières et issue de trois cépages (le carignan, la syrah et le grenache) la cuvée est élevée en fût de chêne. Elle a un nez franc, intense et vanillé. Son attaque en bouche est franche, avec une bonne longueur et une bonne rondeur, tout en révélant cette note vanillée.
A consommer de préférence à 17/18°. Se marie très bien avec des viandes rouges grillées ou en sauce.
Issuing from Corbières zone and made up with three grapes varieties: Carignan, Syrah and Grenache the cuvee is grown up in oak barrels. Frank nose, intense with vanilla aromatics. Its attack in the mouth is frank, all together with a good length and good roundness, reflecting all the way this note of vanilla.
To drink preferably at 17°/18° and goes very well grilled red meats and meats cooked with sauces.
